Edelhorst, near Great Falls (in VA) was built by Karl's
parents and grand parents from the 1920s, beginning largely with building
supplies brought by the trolley that ran down Old Dominion Drive.
Edlelhorst II, was built in 1975 by Karl and Barbara in Accokeek MD after
they lived for a number of years in Landover Hills, MD.
