     Her married name was Wittman. Yetta (?) was born circa 1881 Poland; age shown as 48 yrs at 1930 census. She married Hyman Wittman. They had at least 4 children: William (qv), Sara, David, Meyer.

     Esther Wilhelmina Abel was born on 25 October 1898. She married Alfred Louis Landvatter, son of Elias Landvatter and Lydia Blaesser, circa 1922. They had at least 5 children: Wilbert J, Howard E, Robert E, Harold, Richard.. Esther Wilhelmina Abel survived Alfred Louis Landvatter in 1936. Esther Wilhelmina Abel married John Semon. Esther Wilhelmina Abel died on 14 February 1993 at age 94.

     John W. Abel was shown as owner of the family farm at 1900, 1910, 1920 census, Barton Twp. He was shown there with his parents in 1880, NW of West Bend, WI; off Rte. 33, and close by the farm of the Carl Keil family. In 1920 and 1930 the farm was shown quite near that of John and Bertha Keil Techtmann.

     Marie Abel was born on 20 March 1830 Mecklenburg-Schwerin. She married Johann Heinrich Techtmann, son of Johann Christof Techtmann and Maria Catharina Dorothea Stern. Marie Abel died on 15 September 1882 at age 52. She was buried Union Cemetery, West Bend, Washington Co, WI.

     Martha Julia Abel was born on 9 November 1908 Barton, Washington Co, WI. She married Edwin C. Techtman, son of Charles Techtman and Caroline Marie Amalie Keil, on 30 April 1927 Washington Co, WI. Martha Julia Abel died on 28 January 1987 Washington Co, WI, at age 78.
